The sight of these purple blue flowers led me to the Provincial Capitol of Cebu City. I've passed by this building a few times but never really bothered to drop by until today... It was almost closing time though so the guard just let me in for a quick peek. When I looked up at the dome, this was the first word I saw. oh a lot of things can be said about the Philippines' Justice System but I have hope for a better future. If there's Justice, Equality must follow... I am just as optimistic about this as well.
